After a pleasant 20-minute journey, you'll arrive at Stockholm Central Station in the heart of Stockholm. From there, you can easily continue with public transport via the underground, commuter trains or buses.

Taxi service
Arlanda Express has developed its own taxi service and have introduced a new system at our taxi stands since January 2011.
Why?
To increase the availability of cars and reduce waiting time in taxi queues. Another important aim is that you, the customer, can feel safe. All of the companies that use our station and pick up passengers must have the necessary qualifications and a contract. These requirements are based on the “Good Taxi Tradition” standards produced by the Swedish Association of Taxi Owners (Svenska Taxiförbundet).
The service costs SEK 21 per journey and complies with the custom in many other places in Stockholm. We have developed this service to meet passengers’ requests for greater availability and freedom to choose among licensed companies.
Customer benefits
Only associated taxi operators, with call centres and supervised pricing, can use our station. Illegal taxis are excluded, and you know that the fare you pay is the correct price for your trip.
Freedom to choose means that you can select the company that you prefer to travel with, or a car with special features – such as extra boot space for your luggage.
We continuously measure the availability of our cars. The purpose is to monitor any shortage of cars and to take necessary measures.
