Has your train been delayed? Then you may make a claim for a new journey or compensation.
Fill in one of the forms below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please remember that you must contact us with your claim for compensation within three (3) months of completing your journey. Dont forget to keep your original tickets and receipts. See Arlanda Express travel conditions.
