Arlanda Express CEO Per Thorstenson has been chosen as the Person of the Year by the Global AirRail Alliance. Per has won the award for his focus on customer service and his visionary ability that has led to the company’s greatly improved customer travel experience.
The Global AirRail Alliance is a worldwide airline organization. Per received the award at a ceremony in Brussels.

We want Arlanda Express to offer the world's best customer service every day and be the best workplace for people's equal rights. We constantly fight discrimination," Per stated.
Earlier this year, the company’s customer service was voted the best among buses, taxis and trains in Sweden. It is the fifth consecutive year that Arlanda Express has won ServiceScore's national survey amongst Swedish customers and consumers.
"What we can teach many other companies is how focusing on satisfied customers and satisfied staff leads to strong financial results. Our team speaks over 20 languages. That is both great customer service and a business advantage, " said Per.
