You purchase your Travel Pass on our website. When you have completed the purchase, the Travel Pass is e-mailed to you as an Aztek code. You show the same code for all of your journeys – smooth and simple.

We currently offer no physical version of the Travel Pass. The package of journeys is delivered to passengers in a digital format, and you can then either print the e-mail message or the attached PDF and use this as a physical ticket.
Travel Passes are sold in bundles of 12 or 24 journeys. When you have used all of the journeys in a bundle, you will be asked if you want to purchase new journeys. You will then receive a new Aztek code for your new journeys.
You can easily view your current Travel Pass balance by creating an account at arlandaexpress.se. When creating an account, you must use the e-mail address you gave when purchasing the Travel Pass.

Travel Passes bought online are not personal and can be used by several passengers on the same journey, or shared between several people. The Travel Pass uses an Aztek code that the train attendant scans on each journey. Anyone with access to the code can use the journeys and it can conveniently be shared by e-mail.
Travel Passes bought in our app are linked to a customer-specific account and device, which makes them less flexible to share between passengers.
Please note that Travel Passes are sold in bundles of 12 or 24 journeys, and cannot be divided into smaller units. For example, if you are two people who wish to use the account you simply share the code.
Tickets are available from numerous sources. However, if you wish to buy tickets included in one of our campaigns, you must buy your tickets from our website or using our app or vending machines.

If you have bought a ticket on our web, you can easily add the ticket to your Wallet. In your iPhone, click on the icon at the bottom of the e-mail you receive from us when you purchased your ticket on the web and select "add". Then open your Wallet app on your iPhone to view it.

Of course your furry little friend is welcome. If you are travelling with a dog or other small pet, these can be kept in a cage or carrier in accordance with your airline’s rules and regulations. When bringing an animal with you on your travels, we would request that you sit in the middle carriages, which are marked with an animals permitted decal to ensure that allergy sufferers are not disturbed. These rules do not apply for guide dogs, which are naturally permitted in all carriages.
