Information regarding coronavirus, booking options and time table

In these turbulent times our strong commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our customer and staff remains. We have a close dialogue with concerned authorities, and we are taking all necessary actions according to their recommendations.

Changes in timetable due to reduced travel

Due to the Coronavirus / Covid-19, we see a significant reduction in air travel demand. For the time being, we choose to maintain our traffic for those travellers who need to travel to and from Arlanda airport.

Starting Saturday, March 21 until April 13, we will operate every 30 minutes. Our trains
will depart xx:05 and xx:35 every hour. Exceptions are the first train from Stockholm central station which departs at 04:20 am and the first train from Arlanda Airport which departs at 04:50 am.

Due to these special circumstances we ask you to check the timetable as close to your journey as possible, as the timetable might change with short notice.

Updated terms for refund and rebooking

Due to the current situation we have also introduced generous re-booking options which
gives you the possibility to change date for travel as well as cancel your ticket. This applies provided if the ticket has not yet passed its traveling date.

In order to get help with rebooking or cancellation of ticket please contact claims@atrain.se

However, to limit the number of touch points, we recommend that you buy your tickets on the Arlanda Express App or here on arlandaexpress.com
