Have you accidentally purchased the wrong ticket?
We are here to help you. To facilitate, we ask you to verify that the following points match your situation before initiating a refund.
Your ticket is valid.
Your ticket is not an activated Travel Pass or Round trip ticket.
Claim
If you have experienced a delay and wish to make a complaint about your journey, please email the following details to claims@arlandaexpress.se and we will get back to you as soon as possible, our apply.
  • Did you travel to Stockholm or Arlanda?
  • On which date did you travel?
  • Which departure did you travel with?
  • Attach your order number or a picture of your ticket
  • Please keep all tickets and receipts regarding your claim until your case has been closed.
