- We are here to help you. To facilitate, we ask you to verify that the following points match your situation before initiating a refund.
- Your ticket is valid.
- Your ticket is not an activated Travel Pass or Round trip ticket.
Claim
If you have experienced a delay and wish to make a complaint about your journey, please email the following details to claims@arlandaexpress.se and we will get back to you as soon as possible, our apply.- Did you travel to Stockholm or Arlanda?
- On which date did you travel?
- Which departure did you travel with?
- Attach your order number or a picture of your ticket
- Please keep all tickets and receipts regarding your claim until your case has been closed.
