You no longer need to activate your ticket in our updated app. Simply show the ticket’s Aztec code.

Yes, this is possible. The tickets have an Aztec code that the train attendant scans during the journey. Anyone with access to the code can use the journeys and this can conveniently be shared by e-mail.

Yes, this is possible.

Tickets are valid for a period of 90 days from the purchase date.

Since the journey only takes 18 minutes, our train attendants cannot wait for you to complete your purchase when on the train.

We recommend that you download the app and buy the ticket prior to boarding the train. If you are unable to buy a ticket on board, you will have to purchase a ticket from the train attendant.
